Creates a therapeutic environment to provide appropriate care to our clients. Functions as a part of the treatment team and helps implement the client’s treatment plan. Exhibits professionalism and positive role modeling for clients, peers and outside groups/visitors. Promotes health care protocols to included medication administration and other medical tasks as designated by the program nurse. Ensures that the client’s needs for clothing, nutrition, hygiene, rest and recreation are met on a daily basis.
